OUR DAY IN COURT

A hearing on the motions for summary judgment has been scheduled for May 2, 2008, from 9 am until noon before Circuit Judge Michael Jones at the M. C. Blanchard Judicial Center (Courthouse). The address is 190 Governmental Center in downtown Pensacola. This is on Government Street, 1 block west of Palafox, and the public entrance is on the East (Baylen Street) side of the building. There is a security checkpoint just inside the door and an electronic bulletin board on the ground floor, which should tell you which courtroom Judge Jones will be in.
