Memorandum Mailing

A memorandum from Shell, Fleming, Davis and Menge was mailed to all residential plaintiffs on February 8, 2005. The address used for the most part, is the address your 2004 tax bill was mailed to. Mail is being forwarded to addresses provided to the post office. If you know a plaintiff to the suit who did not get the mailing, ask them to send an e-mail or call a member of the committee.

If you are a party to the suit and need your address changed in our data base, send an e-mail using the e-mail link on the home page of this web site. Please be clear as to whether you received the memo or not.

If you lease more than one property on Pensacola Beach and received more than one memo, please send a message with the different spellings of your name and the property addresses so we can reduce the pieces of mail in the future.

Keep in mind that there will not be frequent mailings. We intend to post as much information to the web site as is possible.
