A memorandum from our attorneys to all
the plaintiffs in this case is going out in the mail today. This memo does not require you to take any
action. It just provides our attorneys
perspective on Judge Jones’ ruling and the strategy for moving forward.
If for some reason you do not receive it

and the address of your leasehold on the Beach in any correspondence.
