June 3, 2008 Update
We still await the judge’s ruling in the cross motions for Summary Final Judgment in the residential law suit. The Court Record was extensive. There is no way to know when Circuit Court Judge Michael Jones will make his ruling. As soon as possible after the judge’s order is made, it will be posted to this web site.
A follow-up to the May 12, 2008, Pensacola Beach Citizens Forum is being planned for June 30th. The meeting date will be rescheduled in the event that Judge Jones has not yet ruled on our case. This meeting will include a presentation by one of our attorneys from Shell, Fleming, Davis & Menge. There will also be an update on the status of the other issues related to the tax litigation.
