September 12, 2006: Memorandum Mailing

A memorandum from Shell, Fleming, Davis and Menge was mailed to all residential plaintiffs on September 12, 2006. This memorandum provides information on the complaint that will be filed to contest 2006 taxation of leasehold improvements on Pensacola Beach and a brief update on the status of the 2004 lawsuit. Information about filing of the 2006 complaint and the requirements for new parties to the 2006 complaint are also posted to this web site.

We post as much information as possible to our web site. Any requests for documents or confidential memorandums are mailed to plaintiffs.
