Schedule "A" is an alphabetical list of every person or entity who is a party to the lawsuit. There are 3,409 plaintiffs to the lawsuit. Some individuals may be listed more than once if there are variations in the name used on the leases for different parcels. For example, if a person has a middle initial on one lease, but not on another, the name will appear twice because we did not want to risk dropping someone in the event that the names actually do represent two different people.

Schedule "B" is a list of all of the parcels of property subject to the lawsuit. It is alphabetized by the name of the first lessee named on the tax bill. There are 2,232 different parcels subject to the lawsuit. Many parties are named multiple times on Schedule "B" because they lease more than one property on Pensacola Beach.
